These terms cover purchases from the Winter Wren shop on winterwrenbooks.com. By buying, you're agreeing to them.
Our products are digital downloads, such as printable PDFs. Nothing is shipped. As soon as your payment goes through, your download appears on screen and we email you a link.
Each purchase is a one-time payment: no subscription and no recurring charge. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices are in US dollars.
Your download links work for 30 days after purchase, and each file can be downloaded 3 times. Save your file somewhere safe once it's downloaded. If you lose your email, you can ask for a fresh link 2 times within 30 days on our resend page. After that, just write to us and we'll help.
You may print and use the pages for your own personal, non-commercial use, including with your family. Please don't share, upload, resell or republish the files, or sell printed copies or colored-in versions of them.

The artwork, designs and text belong to Winter Wren and are protected by copyright. Your purchase gives you the personal-use license above.
To deliver your order we keep your email address, what you bought and your download history. Stripe handles payment details. Brevo sends order and download emails; buying or requesting sample pages does not subscribe you to marketing emails. Our pages use the Meta Pixel and server-side conversion tracking to measure our ads; you can turn that off on our privacy choices page.
We take care to make every file print well, but home printers vary, and the site may occasionally be unavailable. Our products are provided "as is", beyond what the law requires. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any purchase is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you.
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top. Your purchase is always covered by the terms in effect when you bought.
