Refunds

The short version: if something isn't right with your download, just write to us at hello@winterwrenbooks.com within 14 days and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no fuss.

Our 14-day promise

We want you to enjoy everything you buy here. If you're not happy with it for any reason, ask within 14 days of your purchase and you'll get your money back. You don't need to explain; "I'd like a refund" is enough.

How to ask

Email us at hello@winterwrenbooks.com, ideally from the address you used at checkout so we can find your order quickly.
Or simply reply to your receipt or your download email.

How it's paid back

Refunds go back through Stripe, our payment processor, to the card or account you paid with. We usually issue them within one business day, and they normally show on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

After a refund

Once a refund is issued, the download links for that order stop working. You're always welcome to buy again later.

After 14 days

If something went wrong (a double charge, a file that won't open, a link that never arrived), please write to us anyway, whenever it is. We'll make it right.
